In this class, we work on the basic skills that your young warriors need for the other classes they attend. We focus on safe falling, rolling, and jumping, as well as more adventurous movements like the forearm stand.
BJJ for Kids

The goal of BJJ is to make your opponent tap out as quickly as possible through ground fighting techniques. Unlike some other martial arts, BJJ doesn’t focus on striking but on gaining control over your opponent. BJJ emphasizes technique and strategy over brute strength. During the lessons, there is a strong focus on teamwork, motor development, and self-defense.
